Open Enrollment for Participation in Study

We are currently accepting children with autism for a research study in Oregon funded by the federal Maternal and Child Health Bureau. The enrollment criteria include:

Under 6 years of age

Diagnosis of autism

No additional chronic disability (for example, cerebral palsy or seizures requiring medication)

Not taking psychoactive medication or pharmaceutical chelation therapy

Not receiving more than five hours per week of intensive behavioral treatment for autism (e.g. ABA therapy)

Parent(s) willing to not begin new autism therapies for the duration of the study

Parent(s) willing and able to commit to the QST program and attend all visits (3-hour parent training and 20 treatment sessions)

Live in or near Portland, Salem, Albany, or Eugene, Oregon.
